Homemade cinnamon roll cake

This recipe is one of the most requested cake recipes in my house. My family loves it!


° 1 can (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
° 4 egg
° 3/4 c vegetable oil
° 1 tsp vanilla
° 1 c sour cream ()
° 1 c sugar brown
° 1 tsp ground cinnamon
° 2 c powder sugar
° 3 tsps milk


° Preheat oven 325°F.  Coat  9×13 pan with nonstick spray and set apart.
° In bowl of your stand mixer, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla also sour cream. Blending on low speed for 30 sec, then increase speed to and blend for 2 minutes, scraping down sides .
 ° Spreading cake batter to your prepared pan. In bowl, whisking brown sugar &; cinnamon. Sprinkling it equally on top your cake.
 ° Using a butter knife, gently fold the cinnamon sugar into the cake batter. Don't swirl too much, as you want slivers of the mixture throughout the cake.
° Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
° Leave the cake to cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
° In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk. Pour it over the slightly warm cake. Let the icing set !
