*Ingredient :
°3 white C chocolate chips
°1 can sweetened condensed milk
°4 tsp of butter
°1/2 tsp of vanilla
°1 cup pecans
°1/2 c caramel sauce
*Preparation:
In a sized microwave safe bowl, placing white chocolate, butter & condensed milk. Cooking for 1 min
30 sec and blend well. Cook another 15 seconds and mix well. Continue in 15 second increments (only if necessary) until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Adding vanilla extract & pecans. Blending well. Line 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) Pyrex dish with sheet paper. Pour the mixture into the dish until it is about 1 inch thick. Pour a good lick of caramel on top. Place in the fridge until firm and set. Cut into one-inch pieces and store in an airtight container!
