°1 pound elbow macaroni

°6 oz cubed cheddar cheese

°1/2 minced red onion

°4 celery sticks, cut into cubes

°1 red pepper cut into cubes

°1 cup frozen peas

°1/2 cup mayonnaise

°1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

°1/4 cup fresh dill

°2 tablespoons of sugar

°2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

°1 teaspoon salt

°1 teaspoon pepper

Cook elbow macaroni until tender. You want them to remain firm. Immediately place the pasta under cold water so it is not sticky and prevents it from overcooking. drain well.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with cheese cubes, onion, celery, pepper, and peas.


 
In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture over the pasta and toss until everything is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it cool for at least an hour before serving.
