°2 lb Ham Hocks°1 pound bento bento°3 garlic cloves°1 32 ounces chicken broth (lower sodium)°1 tablespoon butter°1 medium onion chopped°1stalk chopped celery°1/2 chopped green pepper°1/2 teaspoon cumin°1 teaspoon paprika°1/2 teaspoon black pepper°1 teaspoon dried parsley and thyme°1 vegetable broth cube
*directions :
Boil pork beetle in stock pot with 8 cups of water boil for 2 hours, after 2 hours clean, wash beans and add to stock pot along with 32 ounces garlic minced chicken broth and all remaining spices aboveSimmer for another 2½ hours or until peas are tender and buttery

I added them half way through to keep them firm and buttery.
