Make meat in muffin pan




*ingredients:

°1 2/3 to 1 3/4 pound ground sirloin
°1 onion cut to pieces
°2 celery ribs core from stem, cut into 2-inch pieces
°1 green pepper
°1 large egg with a splash of milk, whisked
°1 cup regular rusk
°2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning (Recommended: McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning)
°1 cup smoked barbecue sauce
°1/2 cup tomato sauce
°Vegetable oil 

* Methods :

Heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Putting minced meat in  bowl.
Put onions and celery in a food processor.
Cut the bell peppers in half, then remove the seeds and throw them in the garbage can.
Cut the peppers into a few pieces and add them to the food processor.
Beat the blades of a blender to chop the vegetables into very small pieces and then add them to the meat bowl.
Add scrambled eggs, breadcrumbs, and roasted spices to the bowl.
Next, mix the smoked barbecue sauce with the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour half of the sauce mixture into the bowl with the meatloaf mixture.
Mix the meatloaf with your hands. Wash.
Grease 12 muffin pans (1/2 cup each) with vegetable oil or extra-virgin olive oil.
Use an ice cream scoop to help you fill the meat into each container. Top each meatloaf with a spoonful of the extra sauce.
