Garlic-Butter Steak & Potatoes-Skillet!!

*ingredients :

°650g steak
°650 g small yellow potatoes, cut into quarters.
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°3 tablespoons butter
°5 crushed garlic cloves
°1 tsp fresh thyme
°1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary (rosemary)
°1 teaspoon minced thyme
°Salt and ground black pepper
°Ground red pepper flakes (optional)
°Sauce Ingredients:
°1/3 cup soy sauce
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 tablespoon hot sauce
°ground black pepper

*How to prepare:

In a large bowl, combine steak with soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and hot sauce. Leave them aside to absorb the flavors while the potatoes are cooking.
Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. While the butter is melting, add the potatoes. Cook for 4 minutes, flip the potatoes and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until golden and cooked enough. Transfer it to a plate that also separates.

Leave the same skillet over medium heat and add the rest of the butter (2 tablespoons), garlic, hot red pepper and fresh herbs. Place the steak in the skillet in a single layer (don't layer the steak on top of each other) and reserve the dressing for later use. Cook the steaks for 1 minute on each side, until nicely browned, adjusting the time to your preference.
Just before the meat is cooked through, add the rest of the marinade, and cook them together for a minute. Return the potatoes to the skillet to heat up. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Turn off the heat and serve immediately, garnishing with crushed red pepper and a little Parmesan cheese (to taste).

Enjoy !
