*ingredients :

°1  canned salmon
°1/4 cup finely chopped onion
°1/4 cup cornmeal
°1/4 cup flour
°1 egg
°3 tablespoons mayonnaise

*Directions  :

Open salmon and drain well. Place the drained salmon in a mixing bowl and flake it evenly with a fork. Add onions, cornmeal, flour, mayonnaise and eggs. Stir until well blended.
Shape the mixture into discs the size of a medium burger or less. Cook in oil in a skillet over medium heat until brown on all sides. Flip once while frying.
