°1 cauliflower about 1300 grams
°1/2 onion, chopped - about 50 grams
°1 red pepper - about 160 g
°2 garlic, 
°1 c. ground cumin
°1 c. turmeric
°1/2 tsp. pepper
°1 c. Zaatar
°a pinch of salt
°pepper pinch
°A pinch of avocado oil

*Methods :

In  skillet on medium heat, sauté onion & garlic in avocado oil.

Meantime, in  food processor or blender, grind cauliflower florets to size rice. The size of pieces depende on your preference & cooking time for next step will vary.

Add chopped peppers, broccoli, and spices to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes (or more if the cauliflower is more chopped). to serve.
