Creamy Rice Pudding




* Ingredients : 

°Two and a half cups of milk

°2/3 cup fine white rice

°1/3 cup sugar

°tablespoon butter

°Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

°Half a teaspoon of salt

°Half a cup of raisins

°Quarter of a teaspoon of nutmeg

°Quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon

*Directions 

Step 1:

In a buttered 1-quart casserole dish, mix together all ingredients except cinnamon.

Step 2:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and let it bake for an hour, until creamy and thick. Every few minutes if you like, stir just so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.

Step 3:

Serve the pudding warm, sprinkled with ground cinnamon and nutmeg and enjoy the sweet treat of great homemade comfort food!
