*ingredients:

°8 medium sized potatoes
°4 tablespoons. olive oil
°4 tablespoons. Sun flower oil
°2 tbsp. garlic powder
°50gm grated parmesan cheese
° salt

*preparations

Heat the oven to 200°C
Cut the potatoes into quarters and put them in a salad bowl.
Mix the potatoes with olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic powder and grated Parmesan
Arrange the potato slices on an oven tray covered with baking paper. Place the skin side down. Sprinkle with Guérande salt.
Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy immediately.
